It looks like shit.

Ferd had one design language to fit all things. So they stretched it over a fucking circus tent to sell it as a new vehicle.

Agree, it’s not a pretty face. Drives brilliantly though (for a van)

There was a video I watched on motor trend on demand. It compared the various vans out there for overland and off road type use. Check it out it was pretty good.

Conclusion.
These new euro vans get good mileage are comfy and have lots of room but suck at towing and suck at offroad. Lots of people miss the 4x4 ford vans. You can convert an old sprinter van to 4x4 by using a bunch of bolt on GL320 parts.

I am jelly. I want one. I don’t know why, but I do. I don’t have much of anything to put in it...but I want it because I can use it for...stuff...

They do. I’ve rented a couple and they are so much better than their earlier counterparts.

I do about 500 miles per week in a Transit. After two years of Sprinters it’s shocking how good this thing is.

I’ve never driven a sprinter, but the old econolines, full size dodge vans and whatever GM used to call theirs in the 90's and 00's were all terrible vehicles to drive.

It really does. It is absolutely NOTHING like the old E-series vans I have driven before. It almost feels light.

This one has the 3.7 V6, and while it feels spry, I am more than certain that attaching ANY kind of trailer to this would completely sap all life from it.

3.7 V6. I even opened the hood before I took that photo to check, because it SOUNDED like a V6, but moves like a V8.
